Raza is CEO of Onshore Advisors USA. Prior to this, he possesses 20+ years of direct experience managing finance functions in growth environments with expertise in the accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, tax, systems implementations and advisory functions. He is adept in creating and analyzing critical KPIs and presenting concise dashboards for directional business results insights that aid management in future planning.

Raza has created financial models for complex new business initiatives and mergers & acquisitions’ that address current realities and provide more accurate forecasting.

He has extensive Big 4 and Fortune 200 experience in accounting and auditing provides a keen understanding of finance and how to create systems and reports that capably incorporate accounting.

Having worked with multinational organizations in 6 continents, Raza has cross-cultural perspective He is proficient in financial and data analytics software including Oracle, SAP, Business Warehouse and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), Business Planning and Simulation (BPS), TM1, Qlik, Analysis for Office, Great Plains, QuickBooks and Comshare/GEAC.

He has participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program for low income families.

Raza is a CPA and a Public Finance Accountant and has completed many post qualification courses including Leadership Development Program from university of Virginia Darden School of Business.
